Don't worry if you cannot find what your looking for on our website, our drivers will happily drive to your local 24hr Supermarket to purchase NEthing!
We delivery to a majority of the NE postcodes!
If you are outside of the NE zone, don’t worry! Call us and we will arrange for a driver to deliver your items!
How it works
After you order, we notify nearby drivers and attempt to find a driver who can purchase items on your behalf and deliver them to you. By ordering, you agree that your personal details (including location and phone number) may be used for the purpose of sourcing nearby drivers.
NE Delivery is not responsible for the delivery drivers which use this service. The agreement is between the customer and the delivery driver and ELITE Promotions is only responsible for providing the software to facilitate the service.
Customers agree to check the items which they receive and understand the mistakes cannot be rectified later.
All purchases such as tobacco are made directly from the local shops and the contract and license to sell is with the shop. The driver is contractually acting as agent of the customer. You purchase upon the understanding that you are purchasing directly from the shop and that NE Delivery and the drivers are responsible solely for delivery. Deliveries will not be left unattended and proof of age must be shown to the driver upon delivery. If you cannot provide proof of age, the products will be returned to the shop at your cost.
By providing the order number to a driver, you have confirmed receipt of the delivery. We aim to deliver within 30-90 minutes (or the timescale notified to you) however, occasionally, drivers may take longer due to circumstances out of their control.
Our maximum liability is for the cost of the items paid for. You understand that there is a mark-up on product prices which is used to pay the driver, other costs and profit.
Privacy Policy
We may as a result of your interaction with our website and our communications with you, hold and process personal information obtained about you. The types of personal information we collect may include:
• Your name.
• Your phone number.
• Your email address.
• Your address.
• Your order details.
When visiting the site, we may collect certain non-personal information such as the type of computer operating system and your internet service provider. We sometimes use this information to improve the design and content of the website and enable us to personalise your experience.
The personal information that you provide will be used by us:
• To process enquiries.
• To register you for and send you newsletters.
• To provide suggestions and personalise your experience on the website.
• Any other purpose indicated at the time you voluntarily provide your personal information
• We will provide your address, phone number and the items in your order to freelance delivery drivers in your area. We only provide this information to a driver once they accept the delivery. The reason for this is so that they may fulfil your delivery.
• We will provide delivery driver's name and phone number to customers if they request it.
• We will provide customer or delivery driver's details to law enforcement officials or for the purpose of investigating crime.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Data Protection Policy
We are the data controller of the personal data you provide to us.
We use your personal data in order to:
- Provide e-commerce services on the websites
- Identify you as a registered user when you log in to the website and re-visit the website
- Improve the Website and our services
- Send you our newsletters via email or text
- Enforce these terms and conditions
- Protect our rights, privacy, safety or property
- Allow us to pursue available remedies and/or limit any damages that we sustain
We keep the personal data you provide for as long as you have an account in order to provide you with our services. We will delete this information upon your request. Just contact us.
At the request of the police, we may divulge information about an order if there are concerns that the product is being misused or resold under illegal circumstances. The protection of customer information is of high importance to us, and we never provide general sales information to the police or Third Parties, such as lists of customer data. We will only divulge information for specified requests from authoritative sources as is required of us by law.
Card Payments Policy
Payment must be completed before products are dispatched. You will be notified by our payment service provider if your payment has been processed.
We will not accept any liability for your failure to follow their security processes or for any fraudulent transactions occurring. Fraudulent orders cannot be refunded if the order has already been dispatched. Fraudulent activities are out of our control as Fraud Prevention is the responsibility of your bank and of the secure payment portals.

Refund | Cancellation Policy
You can cancel any time up until the day of delivery. Refunds may not always be possible unless the goods are faulty.
If orders have been dispatched and then you cancel your delivery fee will not be refunded.
If you cannot resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may contact us and we will arbitrate.
All approved refunds will take 5-10 working days to process.

Delivery ETA
Delivery times are estimates and NOT a guaranteed time of arrival. We always ensure to get your products to you as swiftly as possible.
In uncommon circumstances, if your delivery is late your delivery fee will not be refunded once your order has arrived.
During busy periods please ensure you allow extra time for your delivery. If orders have been dispatched and then you cancel your delivery fee will not be refunded.
Top Priority Delivery (Product)
Top Priority Delivery is only applicable to customers in NE1 | NE2 | NE4 | NE6 | NE8.
If you purchase our Top Priority Delivery for postal codes outside of the stated areas, then you will be entitled to a refund upon request.
If you purchase our Top Priority Delivery and your order arrives outside of the normal* timeframe, then you will be entitled to a refund upon request.
*Normal timeframes are communicated on your email receipt.
Nitrous Oxide Policy
Our products include an extensive range of whipped cream making equipment, including cream chargers that contain potentially lethal Nitrous Oxide (N2O) gas. With the introduction of the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016, we are legally required to carry out due diligence checks to ensure these products don’t fall into the hands of those who may intend to abuse or misuse them. All Nitrous Oxide products for sale on this website are for use in the preparation of food and beverages only. We retain the right to refuse to sell to anyone we suspect may have the intention of misusing our products.
We have a number of measures in place to prevent misuse of our N2O products:
- We operate a KYC (Know Your Customers) Policy. We will conduct due diligence on checks prior to dispatch.
- All customers must be over the age of 18 to purchase any of our Nitrous Oxide products. All customers will be required to provide a form of ID proving this. We accept the following:
- Driving License
- Passport
- Biometric Residency Card
- Citizen Card (PASS hologram)
- Military ID Card
- All customers must agree to our Declaration of Use to confirm that they: understand the risks associated with N2O misuse and guarantee that our products will only be used for food/beverage preparation and not be misused in any way
- Couriers will only deliver to the named purchaser. ID will be required for all deliveries for all customers. We do not operate a Think21 or Think25 Policy. All customers will be required to provide ID prior to dispatch and upon delivery as a part of our due diligence.
- If we believe you are purchasing cream chargers for the purpose of misuse, we will refuse the sale, in which case we will store your details in our secure customer database, and you will not be able to purchase from us again in the future.
- We do NOT ship orders to University halls of residence, colleges, schools or hospitals.
N2O Chargers – Customer Agreement
Each customer that purchases nitrous oxide (an age restricted product) they must agreed to our terms & conditions for our online ordering platform. Our Customer agreement:
Statement 1
You understand that inhalation of Nitrous Oxide carries a risk of serious health consequences. The risks of such misuse include narcosis, asphyxiation and potentially death.
Statement 2
You confirm you are the named purchaser and that you are at least 18 years of age.
Statement 3
You confirm that you do not intend to misuse the Goods for their psychoactive effects, or supply the Goods to anyone who you believe (i) may be under 18 years of age, or (ii) may misuse the goods for their psychoactive effects
Statement 4
You will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the products are used only in accordance with the instructions and will be kept secure so that they cannot be misused by children or others.
Statement 5
You will ensure that if reselling our products that any signage, labelling or information which relates to or accompanies the products explains it is for catering or erotic use and does not suggest any other use. You confirm that you are aware of the HAZARDOUS nature of Nitrous Oxide and will not interfere with the packaging to obscure safety information and will take all necessary measures with regards to storage and transportation of the cartridges. The cartridges will NEVER be put aboard an aircraft, heated in any way or pierced with anything other than a cream whipper.
By ordering from our online platform and clicking ' I agree to the terms & conditions' at the checkout it signifies that you have agreed to these terms, conditions and statements provided above.
We reserve the right to refuse any sale and will make a none-discriminative decision based on an analysis of each individual order, whether or not the order will be accepted, if it passes our due diligence checks and shows no obvious sign of suspected misuse.
Your order will be cancelled if you can’t or won’t meet any of the above statements.
Upon placing an order via our online ordering platform it signifies that you read and agreed the above statements.
If you fail to comply with our due diligence checks, your order will be refunded minus a £5.50 admin fee to cover the time and costs involved with manually checking and refunding your order.
If you do not wish to be subject to our due diligence checks, please do not order from our website.
If you are concerned that someone you know maybe at risk of Nitrous Oxide abuse or misuse, please contact us immediately so we can take steps to block any future purchases.

Nitrous Oxide (Cream Chargers) & Cream Whipper Safety
Our products include an extensive range of whipped cream making equipment, including cream chargers that contain potentially lethal Nitrous Oxide (N2O) gas.
Before attempting to use any of our gas cartridges, ensure that you take the time to read through any and all manufacturer’s instructions that come complete with our products.
When using your cream whipper, no more than 1 charger should be released in a 1/4L or 1/2 litre whipper, and no more than 2 chargers for a 1 litre whipper.
Important safety information:
Please only use with a device approved for this cartridge and follow manufacturer’s instructions.
The chargers contain Nitrous Oxide under great pressure. Any attempt to pierce the sealing cap of these chargers without the correct equipment could result in EXPLOSION INJURY & SERIOUS FREEZE BURNS.
-Non-aerosol. Non refillable. Recyclable steel.
-Never dispose of full cartridges.
-Keep out of reach of children.
-Explosion danger: 50C max temperature.
-Storage and operating temperature: 3C (minimum) 50C (maximum).
-Do not take on-board an aircraft.
-For food use only.
If you are burnt by freezing N2O you must immediately seek medical advice. An N2O burn can cause deep tissue damage, which may not be immediately obvious at the time of the injury.
NEVER inhale Nitrous Oxide or use it for its psychoactive effects. Inhalation of Nitrous Oxide carries a risk of serious health consequences. The risks of such misuse include narcosis, asphyxiation and potentially death.
MISUSE: buying cream chargers as a source of Laughing Gas
Nitrous Oxide is sold only for the purpose of catering - we do not condone any off-label usage.
The nitrous oxide contained within the nitrous chargers is identical to the gas used as an anaesthetic in medical environments which can tempt people to use it as ‘laughing gas’.
We would like to remind our customers of the potentially fatal consequence of abusing nitrous oxide and the dangerous effects of Nitrous Oxide abuse.
