Card Payments Policy

Payment must be completed before products are dispatched. You will be notified by our payment service provider if your payment has been processed.

We will not accept any liability for your failure to follow their security processes or for any fraudulent transactions occurring. Fraudulent orders cannot be refunded if the order has already been dispatched. Fraudulent activities are out of our control as Fraud Prevention is the responsibility of your bank and of the secure payment portals.

To aid the prevention of fraud we will always conduct due diligence. ID will be required for all credit or bebit Card purchases to ensure that you are the account holder. In cases in which the purchaser and cardholder’s name does not match that of the name on the order, we reserve the right to carry further due diligence on both the named purchaser and the card holder.

Furthermore, in some cases when the courier attends they may ask the customer to produce the credit or debit card used for payment to verify that the name on the card used matches the name on the order. Our couriers will be given the name and last 4 digits of the card number to check the credentials match.

This ensures that any products purchased on this website will solely be given to the named purchaser

Refund | Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any time up until the day of delivery. Refunds may not always be possible unless the goods are faulty.

If orders have been dispatched and then you cancel your delivery fee will not be refunded.

If you cannot resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may contact us and we will arbitrate.

All approved refunds will take 7-14 working days to process.

Delivery Policy

After you order, we notify nearby drivers and attempt to find a driver who can deliver your items to you. By ordering, you agree that your personal details (including location and phone number) may be used for the purpose of sourcing nearby drivers.

Customers agree to check the items which they receive and understand the mistakes cannot be rectified later.

Delivery ETA

Delivery times are estimates and NOT a guaranteed time of arrival. We always ensure to get your products to you as swiftly as possible.

In uncommon circumstances, if your delivery is late your delivery fee will not be refunded once your order has arrived.

During busy periods please ensure you allow extra time for your delivery. If orders have been dispatched and then you cancel your delivery fee will not be refunded.

Top Priority Delivery (Product)

Top Priority Delivery is only applicable to customers in NE1 | NE2 | NE4 | NE6 | NE8.

If you purchase our Top Priority Delivery for postal codes outside of the stated areas, then you will be entitled to a refund upon request.

If you purchase our Top Priority Delivery and your order arrives outside of the normal* timeframe, then you will be entitled to a refund upon request.

*Normal timeframes are communicated on your email receipt.

Nitrous Oxide Delivery Policy

We ONLY deliver to residential / business addresses. A full address will be required.
